How can i use my balance?

When placing an order, in the payment section, if your balance is equal or higher than the order total, you will see a "Pay with Balance" option at the payment stage. Just click on it and your payment is done.If your balance in your account is less than your order amount, you will see an option to use your balance when you select the payment method that is convenient for you. When you choose to use your balance, it will be deducted from the order amount and you will receive the final amount. 

I want to add or remove products

If you want to add or remove products in a current order, please send us a message from your order page and we will assist you. 

Claims about the products

We expect our customers to check the products inside the package as soon as the delivery is completed. If there is a problem, missing product or damage, etc., they should send us a message from the order detail with a photo showing the problem with the product and the label on the package. If you have a problem with the product after use, please describe the problem in detail and, if available, with a photo or laboratory test. For complaints about use, it is very important to support your complaint with a photo if possible. We forward complaints to the shipper, supplier and, where necessary, to our consultant and try to resolve them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints of missing/damaged products that are not reported within one week of delivery or claims of allergies, under dosage, etc. due to use, as we do not know the storage conditions. We would like to inform you that the postal label must be shared for all complaints.

How can i edit my address information?

You can edit your address information in My Account > Change My Info after logging in to your profile. Please remember: Your new address information will be displayed in your coming orders. For your older orders, please contact us on time to make the necessary change. **Make sure your shipping address is valid. Otherwise we will not be responsible for undeliverable packages.

Is payment by paypal or apple pay possible?

Currently, we accept payments only by Bitcoin (BTC), Zelle, Western Union and Money Gram. We cannot accept payments by Paypal or Apple Pay.
