I have sent my btc payment to a wrong wallet address

The order confirmation e-mail contains the necessary information to make a Bitcoin payment. In some cases we give you a manual wallet address for sending your funds. If you use a different wallet address than provided by us, we will not receive your payment and we will not be able to help you to receive your funds back.
