Protein pudding, WHEY protein with water, greek yoghurt....
Oikos Triple Zero greek yogurt. Eat two of these before bed. 100 cals 15g protein each. If you eat two, thats just 200cals, 30g of protein. Taste pretty good too.
I usually try a dastardly acting carbohydrate based cereal, with whey mixed into the milk. You can swap the whey for casein for a sustained release, or, use a protein blend.

I advise you to take whey isolate with a little arginine which promotes sleep
